We learn through experience then gain knowledge. We can go directly to knowledge or we can learn through karma and suffering, which is the way the majority of us learn. To go directly to the knowledge of life, we must own that we have created everything in our lives and that we can consciously step into a new level of power in which we no longer need to learn through suffering. We can then move into mastery of life where life becomes a great adventure.

Often we carry the traumas that have taken place in our lives at a cellular level. These cellular memories connect us to a negative energy matrix on the planet via impressions. Even though we have personally cleared the trauma energetically, we stay connected to the collective portion of it.
